Maspalomas Fetish Pride 2027: Dates, Hotels & Insider Guide

Maspalomas Fetish Pride returns to Gran Canaria from 1 to 12 October 2027, bringing together visitors from across the international fetish community for twelve days of celebration, socialising and sunshine.

Whether you've attended before or are thinking about your first Fetish Pride, planning the right holiday involves more than finding a hotel with a vacant room. Where you stay, how close you want to be to the Yumbo Centre and how long you have on the island can all change the experience.

At Wide Awake Holidays, our advice comes from first-hand experience. I'm Jamie Wake, the founder of the company, and I attend Maspalomas Fetish Pride every year. I stayed at HL Rondo for the 2026 event, have previously stayed at Rebecca Park Bungalows and have already booked Hotel Ritual Maspalomas for 2027.

Here's what is confirmed for next year, what to consider before booking, and how we can help you plan the kind of Fetish Pride holiday you actually want.

Maspalomas Fetish Pride 2027: Confirmed Dates and Details

Maspalomas Fetish Pride 2027 is scheduled for Friday 1 October to Tuesday 12 October 2027 in Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas, on the south coast of Gran Canaria.

The festival celebrates a wide range of fetish interests, including leather, rubber, puppy play, uniforms, sportswear and skins and punks. The Yumbo Centre, along with other participating venues around the resort, is central to the atmosphere and nightlife.

The organisers have confirmed the dates and opened free registration for festival updates. As of October 2026, however, the full 2027 programme and the ticket arrangements for individual parties have not yet been confirmed. Be careful with websites displaying detailed timetables that may actually belong to earlier festivals.

Plan Fetish Pride with Someone Who Actually Attends

Jamie Wake attending Maspalomas Fetish Pride in Gran Canaria.

I'm Jamie Wake, founder of Wide Awake Holidays and Mister Leather UK 2017. Fetish Pride isn't an event I've discovered through travel brochures: I attend every year and have been actively involved in the fetish community for many years.

In 2026, I was also on the jury for Mr Fetish Gran Canaria. My experience of the festival isn't limited to going to parties. It's the friendships, the community, the chance to meet new people and that feeling of being among others who understand what the event means.

That connection also shapes how I approach travel planning. The right accommodation for one visitor could be completely wrong for another. Some people want to be steps from the nightlife; others would happily walk a little further in exchange for somewhere more peaceful. And people travelling alone for the first time may want reassurance about what to expect.

I've stayed in different places over the years because I like getting to know the options. For Fetish Pride 2026, I stayed at HL Rondo. On earlier visits, I stayed at Rebecca Park Bungalows. For 2027, I've booked Hotel Ritual Maspalomas, which will give me another property to experience first-hand.

I'll always distinguish between a hotel I've personally stayed in and one I'm recommending based on its location or published facilities. That matters when you're making a decision about your own holiday.

Where to Stay for Maspalomas Fetish Pride 2027

For many visitors, staying within easy walking distance of the Yumbo Centre is the priority. It's an important hub of gay nightlife in Playa del Inglés and a convenient meeting point during the festival. But you don't have to stay directly beside the busiest venues to enjoy Fetish Pride.

Think about how you want to spend your days as well as your evenings. Do you want a social hotel pool, a comfortable full-service hotel, a self-catering bungalow or a gay-exclusive setting? We can help you compare accommodation based on those preferences rather than assume everybody wants the same experience.

Hotel Ritual Maspalomas – Where I'm Staying in 2027

Hotel Ritual Maspalomas – Where I'm Staying in 2027

I've already booked Hotel Ritual Maspalomas for Fetish Pride 2027. The property's LGBT+ focused approach and location close to the Yumbo Centre appealed to me when making my own plans.

Ritual offers a pool, outdoor areas and a choice of apartment-style accommodation and junior suites. It could be an attractive option if you want to be close to the nightlife and prefer accommodation with a clear LGBT+ focus.

To be clear, I haven't stayed at Ritual yet. I'm looking forward to experiencing it in 2027 and will be able to give a personal assessment afterwards. For now, its location and advertised facilities make it a useful property to consider.

HL Rondo – Where I Stayed for Fetish Pride 2026

HL Rondo – Where I Stayed for Fetish Pride 2026

For the 2026 festival, I stayed at HL Rondo, a four-star hotel in Playa del Inglés. It offers a more conventional hotel experience rather than a gay-exclusive environment, which may be precisely what some travellers prefer.

Its location makes it a practical hotel to compare when considering the nightlife around Yumbo without necessarily staying in a specialist resort. Having actually stayed there during Fetish Pride, I can discuss the accommodation and setting from first-hand experience when helping customers choose.

Rebecca Park Bungalows – A Previous Stay

Rebecca Park Bungalows – A Previous Stay

Rebecca Park Bungalows is another property I know through my own Fetish Pride visits. The self-catering accommodation gives you more independence, especially if you're staying for several days and appreciate having your own space and flexibility around meals.

It's a different style of holiday from a full-service hotel. If you're looking for a bungalow rather than a hotel room, or want an option to compare for a longer visit, it's worth considering.

MUR Hotel Neptuno – Convenience Near the Yumbo

MUR Hotel Neptuno – Convenience Near the Yumbo

MUR Hotel Neptuno is a popular name among visitors planning a holiday around the Yumbo Centre. The hotel has direct access to the centre, which is appealing for people who want a convenient journey home after an evening out.

It's not a gay-exclusive hotel. It caters to guests aged 16 and over, which isn't the same as a strictly over-18 or men-only resort. Although I haven't personally stayed at Neptuno, its location makes it a sensible option to compare with other properties.

Other Gay-Focused and Specialist Properties

Depending on availability and your preferences, we can also explore options such as Los Almendros, Atlantic Sun Beach and AxelBeach Maspalomas.

Remember that gay-exclusive, men-only, adults-only and LGBT+ welcoming describe different arrangements. Each property has its own atmosphere and guest policies. If that distinction matters to you, tell us what you're looking for and we'll help you choose accordingly.

When Should You Arrive and How Long Should You Stay?

Fetish Pride 2027 covers twelve calendar days, but you don't have to attend the entire festival. Some visitors prefer a shorter break; others stay for the full event or add extra days to enjoy the island.

If a particular competition, party or social event is central to your plans, wait for its 2027 date to be confirmed before choosing a short stay. Events can move between dates or venues, and a previous year's programme isn't a guarantee of what will happen next time.

If you can, allow time to settle into your accommodation before your first planned activity. And don't underestimate the value of a relaxed final day before travelling home.

The ideal length of stay is personal. We can compare different dates and flight combinations, taking account of the overall cost as well as how much time you want to spend at the festival.

What to Expect at Fetish Pride 2027

Previous editions have included daytime gatherings, pool events, themed nightlife, community competitions and opportunities for different fetish communities to meet. Leather, rubber, puppy, uniforms and sportswear are among the interests represented.

The experience extends beyond the official events. You may want to spend some mornings relaxing by the pool, head to the beach in the afternoon and catch up with friends around the Yumbo later in the day.

Not every venue has the same entry requirements. Some events are men-only or have other restrictions; some require tickets or specific dress codes. Check the current official programme and the individual organiser's guidance before making plans.

We won't describe unconfirmed parties as guaranteed fixtures of the 2027 programme. Once the organisers publish more detail, that information can be added to this guide.

First Time at Maspalomas Fetish Pride? A Few Practical Tips

If you're visiting for the first time, there's no need to feel that you must attend everything. Choose the events that genuinely interest you, and give yourself the freedom to take the festival at your own pace.

Travelling solo? A daytime social can be an easier introduction than walking into a crowded late-night party.

If you're unsure what to wear, check the venue's dress code beforehand. And if you would prefer somewhere quieter to stay, it's absolutely fine to prioritise a comfortable base over being right beside the nightlife.

Respect and consent are central to a good community experience. Ask before photographing other attendees, be thoughtful about other people's privacy and follow venue policies. What is welcomed inside a fetish venue may not be appropriate in every public setting.

Pack carefully if you're travelling with bulky gear, but remember the basics too: comfortable shoes, everyday clothes, sun protection and plenty of time to rest. Fetish Pride is a holiday as well as an event, and you should be able to enjoy both sides of it.

Flights, Airport Transfers and Travelling from the UK

The main arrival airport is Gran Canaria Airport (LPA). Flights from UK airports depend on schedules, dates and availability, and the best combination may vary depending on whether you're visiting for a few days or the full festival.

Wide Awake Holidays can help you explore suitable flights, hotels and transfers, and explain the terms and financial protection applicable to the particular arrangements being quoted. We won't suggest that every standalone travel service has the same protection as an eligible package holiday.

If you're staying close to Yumbo, much of the nightlife may be within walking distance. Accommodation further away can also work, but factor in local taxi journeys and the convenience of getting home late in the evening.

Festival Tickets and Free Registration: What's the Difference?

The organisers have already announced the dates and opened free registration for festival news. That registration is for updates, not a pass admitting you to every event.

Individual parties, workshops and other activities may have separate admission charges, tickets, dress codes or eligibility requirements. Please check the organisers' announcements before assuming a particular activity is included in your trip.

Unless expressly confirmed in your holiday quotation, festival tickets and admission are separate from flights, accommodation and transfers arranged through Wide Awake Holidays.

Why Book Your Fetish Pride Holiday with Wide Awake Holidays?

Wide Awake Holidays is a gay-owned, independent UK travel company specialising in personalised holidays for LGBT+ travellers. For Maspalomas Fetish Pride, we can add genuine personal knowledge of the event and what matters to people attending it.

Because I attend every year, I understand why hotel location, atmosphere and your own plans can matter just as much as the star rating. We can help you compare options and arrange a holiday that feels right for you, whether you're travelling solo, with a partner or with friends.

We're here to arrange your travel, not to suggest we're the festival organiser or that booking a hotel gives access to every party.
